Return Eligibility:

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Photo/video proof is required to verify the issue.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are initiated once the product is inspected.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders via bank transfer.
We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use, washing, or improper handling.
